    1. Sign in on the Showmax website.
    2. Select My Account from the top menu bar under your username.
    3. Select Manage Subscription.

    Please read the benefits and features of each plan carefully before choosing.

    When switching from:

    • Showmax Mobile to Showmax
    • Showmax to Showmax Pro
    • Showmax Mobile to Showmax Pro Mobile
    • Showmax Pro Mobile to Showmax Pro
    • Showmax to Showmax Pro Mobile
    • Showmax Mobile to Showmax Pro - and once you go through the process of payment, the action is immediate. Any remaining days from your previous plan are converted into a credit voucher and stored in the Payment method section on the same page. Vouchers can automatically be redeemed when switching back to the previous plan.

    When switching from:

    • Showmax to Showmax Mobile
    • Showmax Pro to Showmax
    • Showmax Pro to Showmax Pro Mobile
    • Showmax Pro Mobile to Showmax Mobile
    • Showmax Pro Mobile to Showmax
    • Showmax Pro to Showmax Mobile - please note, the action is not immediate. Your plan will remain in effect until the end of your existing monthly billing cycle. At this point your new plan will start and your billing details will be debited for the respective new monthly price. If you had any credit days stored as a voucher in the newly selected plan from a previous switch - you can use the credit at this time.
