1. On the Showmax website select Sign In from the top menu.
2. On the sign in screen, type in your email address and password then select the Sign In button.
3. Select My Account on the top menu bar under your username.
4. Here, you will see all the information about your account, such as your payment details, registered devices and more.

1. Sign in on the Showmax website.
2. Select My Account on the top menu under your username.
3. Select Account Details to change your password.
4. Enter your current password and a new password.
5. Select Update Password.

1. Select Sign In on the top menu of the Showmax website.
2. Select Forgot Password.
3. Enter the Showmax registered email address in the text box.
4. Select Reset Password.
5. Instructions on resetting your password will then be emailed to you.

Select Sign Out on the top menu bar under your username.

1. Sign in on the Showmax website.
2. Select My Account on the top menu bar under your username.
3. Select Manage Subscription.
4. Select Cancel Subscription.

You will continue to have access until the end of the billing cycle, at which point your subscription will end.

3. Select My Devices to manage your registered devices.

Showmax and Showmax Pro plans:

You may register five devices on your Showmax account. These may be replaced up to 20 times per year. You may watch on two registered devices simultaneously, these are referred to as active devices.

Showmax Mobile and Showmax Pro Mobile plans:

You may register one active device on your Showmax account. You can change the registered device up to 8 times per year.

2. Select My Account from the top menu bar under your username.
3. Select Manage Subscription.

When switching from:

• Showmax Mobile to Showmax
• Showmax to Showmax Pro
• Showmax Mobile to Showmax Pro Mobile
• Showmax Pro Mobile to Showmax Pro
• Showmax to Showmax Pro Mobile
• Showmax Mobile to Showmax Pro - and once you go through the process of payment, the action is immediate. Any remaining days from your previous plan are converted into a credit voucher and stored in the Payment method section on the same page. Vouchers can automatically be redeemed when switching back to the previous plan.

When switching from:

• Showmax Pro to Showmax
• Showmax Pro to Showmax Pro Mobile
• Showmax Pro Mobile to Showmax Mobile
• Showmax Pro Mobile to Showmax
• Showmax Pro to Showmax Mobile - please note, the action is not immediate. Your plan will remain in effect until the end of your existing monthly billing cycle. At this point your new plan will start and your billing details will be debited for the respective new monthly price. If you had any credit days stored as a voucher in the newly selected plan from a previous switch - you can use the credit at this time.
