1. The Showmax app is available for free from the App Store.
2. Launch the App Store app on your Apple device.
3. Search for Showmax.
4. Install the free Showmax app that appears in the search results.

You can create an account and subscribe on the Showmax website, which you can access using your mobile web browser.

You can AirPlay streaming content from the Showmax app for iOS (iPhone or iPad) to an Apple TV (2nd, 3rd or 4th Generation).

1. Ensure that you have the latest version of the Showmax app for iOS installed on your iOS device and that your iOS device is connected to the same Wi-Fi as the Apple TV.
2. Launch the Showmax app for iOS. When you select content to stream, you will see an AirPlay icon on the bottom right corner of the video player. Select this icon and pair to your Apple TV.
3. To stop AirPlay from the iOS app, select the AirPlay icon on the bottom right corner of the player and choose your iOS device from the list of devices.

AirPlay of downloaded content is not currently supported.

AirPlay is not available for this plan.

1. You can cast streaming content from the Showmax app for iOS to devices that support Chromecast.
2. Ensure that you have the latest version of the Showmax app installed on your iOS device and that it is connected to the same Wi-Fi as the Chromecast receiver.
3. Launch the Showmax app. Select the Chromecast icon and pair to your Chromecast receiver.
4. When you select content to cast, the content will play out via the Chromecast receiver.
5. To stop casting, select the Chromecast icon again and select Stop Casting.
6. The following Chromecast receivers are compatible: Google Chromecast (1st, 2nd Generation), Google Nexus Player.
7. Casting of downloaded content is not currently supported.

Chromecast is not available on Showmax Mobile and Showmax Pro Mobile plans.

All IOS and TVOs supported devices support HDCP. But all the parts in the chain must support HDCP ( cables, monitors, and anything in between)
